Chiji Pocket Processor uses the Chinese concept of the yin and the yang to teach that most issues are not solved with an either/or solution. For example, effective leaders sometimes assume responsibility and sometimes delegate responsibility. Boundaries can provide structure and sometimes create barriers. The 50 different cards, each represent “two sides of the same coin." allowing participants to explore all options.

Leonardo
da Vinci designed a bridge for the Sultan of Istanbul in 1502. It is a
remarkable design that is completely self-supporting but it was never built.
You can put that right with Building Bridges.
Participants must build a self-supporting bridge using 28 wooden sticks without any instruction, help or tools. They are encouraged to work together as a team to plan, design and build their bridge. The exercise is designed for between 6 and 14 participants and works equally well indoors or outdoors.
